Home and Realm of the Eldritch Snail!

What To Know

My Name is Snail or Jade! My pronouns are She/They! I'm a 22-year-old Woman from Texas! I also happen to be a freelance artist with too many hobbies and too little time.I love playing cozy games, indie games, and puzzle games in my free time. I also love sewing and making all kinds of bread!I strive to be a rational and kind, and honest person for those who may need it, as I believe there isn't enough common human decency here on the internet. Don't hesitate to pop by and ask me questions or chat!

Boundaries and Rules

Failure to respect these boundaries will result in an immediate block.

  • I do not often speak to minors privately, if at all, in personal chats. I find it highly inappropriate to do so, regardless of age or friendship status. Talking is limited to public servers or group chats.

  • NSFW content directed toward me will NOT be tolerated at all, especially in my DMs.

  • I will not tolerate any direct and/or obscene, harmful behavior toward myself, nor the others I am around.

Like and Dislikes

  • Loud sudden noises in calls/lack of call etiquette: Ie, ear rape, abuse of soundboard, etc.

  • Blatant disrespect for those we disagree with: Let's keep everything civil and respectful.

  • Horror Podcasts and ttrpgs/rpgs: (such as Mad father, Death By Dying, TMA, and D&D)

  • Critters of all kinds, especially the nasties and creepy crawlies!! After all, half commitment isn't commitment at all!

  • A good recipe. Food is a universal language and labor of love, and I love when people share their recipes with me.

My Readlist

The Bonewitch Trilogy: Rin Chupeoco A set of young adult high fantasy reads with lots of diverse and unique world building, as well as underlying romance sub-plots. It follows a young sorceress named Tea and her accidentally resurrected brother, Fox. It's written from the perspective of a Scribe/bard attempting to tell her story, as well as herself and her memories.Farenheit 451: Ray Bradbury A Dystopian in which all forms of books are deemed illegal, and special teams of 'firemen' go about burning them. The story follows a man named Guy Montag, a fireman who soon becomes disillusioned with his role in society, and eventually casts off destroying literature, and devotes his life to protecting and preserving it.Confessions of a Funeral Director: Caleb Wilde A beautifully written collection of experiences and stories that Caleb Wilde shares about his job as a funeral director and mortician. With equal parts humor and Poignancy, He provides the reader a new outlook on life and death, as well as the mortuary feild. Really a stunning book, if you can handle the topic of death well.
